Ayelet Zurer
Ayelet Zuer is an Israeli actress who has received praise for her performances. Her birthplace is in Tel Aviv, and first caught the attention of Hollywood when she was enlisted by Steven Spielberg in her first English-speaking part, playing Eric Bana's character's wife in the Oscar(r) nominated film Munich (2005). Since her arrival in the United States, Zurer has played in Studio films, including Sony Pictures' Vantage Point featuring Dennis Quaid and William Hurt, Samuel Goldwyn's Fugitive Pieces with Stephen Dillane, Paul Schrader's Adam Resurrected in the role of Jeff Goldblum and Willem Dafoe. Ron Howard's Angeles and Demons, opposite Tom Hanks, Darling Companion, a Lawrence Kasdan ensemble with Diane Keaton, Kevin Kline and Warner Bros. Man Of Steel with Russell Crow. Ewan McGregor was her filming partner in Rodrigo Garces' Last Days in Desert. The actress also waited for The Last Knights to be released by Kazuaki Kriya, the Japanese director. She recently received the Gold Nymph Award for Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series at the 54th Festival of Television in Monte-Carlo. She was recognized for her part in the television series "Hostages". Ayelet was nominated for the Israeli Film and Television Academy Award for her work in Nina's Tragedies. Ayelet also won nominations for her work in the features Only Dogs Run Free, The Dybbuk from the Holy Apple Field, Desperado, and Rutenberg. Zurer received the Israeli Television Academy Award, for her role in "In Treatment" the critically acclaimed series of television that was adapted to American TV by HBO. In 2014 She was nominated as an apposite actress in the best drama of 2014 "Shtisel" which she won the prize for the best actress in a dramatic for her portrayal of a brilliant surgeon facing the life and death dilemma in Hostages, sold to BBC4 and Canal Plus, and as a format to the American ABC. Golbary is Israel's biggest female-focused fashion house is her "face". Ayelet is a producer as well as a writer. Ayelet has been developing a few of her own projects in Israel as well as the US she has expressed her desire to work internationally with directors from all over the world, believing in joining unknown writers and directors as well as the well-known ones.
